II. Placement: Where consumers want (businesses) to buy the product? Where to buy a particular prod

Why would you hire if company X still has 10-20 candidates just like you in the same position? Seriously, it's a matter of positioning: what you have differently from others who post and who are similar to you?
Laments that many students do not find a job and that there are hundreds, even thousands of candidates for the same positions in the same company. The solution: do something different. Do "anything" can as you stand out. Obviously it would be helpful if this could be used employing company. Letters have done nothing and want to get a job in marketing. You are different from those who have completed economics, marketing but do not read Eminescu.
Moreover, there is fierce competition in the labor market in Romania for good jobs, so to differentiate yourself from other candidates is paramount. I'm not talking here of entry level positions. I'm up to lower management. People of quality, special, different, are extremely hard to find ... and very well paid.
Marketing staff are all actions that the individual carries to achieve mutually beneficial exchanges in the labor market. People who know how and when to meet the demand of the labor market are more likely to gain rewarding professional, to form and develop a real career. zambara
No wonder it's called "labor market". It is a market like any other, there are buyers and sellers. Those who sell time, labor, expertise are those looking for a job. "Selling" is seen as a bad thing, sometimes low. This is a big mistake because no one will sell your image if you do not.
The image you create in your mind of those around you is your most important capital. zambara Never in human history has been so important to have a good image and others to perceive you the way you want to perceive you. Warning, do not mean to have a good image and very poor skills. Customers, partners and your bosses will find forms without substance sooner or later they will charge expensive for lack of integrity.
January. Examine zambara the Market! Before you look for a job, you better take a picture of your market from the country and abroad, and to learn more about the mindset of potential employers.
April. Create your unique quality. Find a form as representative to summarize your most outstanding qualities, something that would benefit zambara you to others, and use it both in CV and at interviews.
May. Focus on target. Find companies in your area that interests you, learn more about their work and think about some things that you can give for improvement.
June. Set your price. zambara You pay interest that is normal for similar services and make sure you do not raise your price a lot and even lower than usual. Check if your skills justify a higher price.
July. Plan your advertising and marketing campaign. Define your objectives and the way in which you plan to accomplish them, focus on what you have in addition zambara to the other and start thinking about how to promote it.
10. Analyze results and be prepared for changes. Whether you're successful or negative zambara results continue to think about a better alternative as to promote yourself, analyze what went well and what does not account for this, the future will help.
I. Product: what professions, trades are included in the national economy, regional, global? What do you prefer zambara and employers disagree? What should individuals to perform better and sell better qualities available? zambara
II. Placement: Where consumers want (businesses) to buy the product? Where to buy a particular product and why? (Labor market local, regional, national, foreign). It is possible to approach the product when and where there is demand? (Eg by increasing the quality of the recruitment zambara process by improving methods and procedures used so far).
III. Price: the price is believed to be correct? Raise the seller's expectations? By what mechanisms can determine a fair price? (Eg, by calling wage bargaining both the seller and the buyer may agree on the fairest price in certain given conditions). A job is a transaction between two parties. You sell and buy employer. You sell your time (about 8 hours a day, 5 days per week), your nerves, your experience, your knowledge zambara and skills. AND sell them all for a price: salary (plus benefits).
IV. Promotion: What means the seller can use to present your product in a more favorable light? How can awareness zambara bought zambara it
