ISSUE 57. RRC is a jazz-funk band from the state of Oaxaca. Composed by César Andrés Hernández (guitar and creator of the tracks), Roberto Ramirez (bass) body beauty coffee and Ricardo Fernandez (drums), the band talks about the Oaxacan jazz scene and its contradiction with the traditional music of this state; the lack of a music conservatory that can support the development of formally musicians; need to approach their music from jazz. The session is recorded live, as this trio has not professionally recorded disc and shows us his skills with three full length pieces. Session recorded on NEW BABEL, Historic Center of Oaxaca ciduad.
